Compensation: 

$15/hr to start (training)

After that you'll make 38%-45% commission on each job.

As one of our Diva cleaners, you’ll be cleaning homes in and around the Monmouth & Ocean County Jersey Shore area and will use your vehicle to get to and from the houses. We’ll schedule you 4-5 days per week, depending on your availability and performance, and will provide you with all the tools and cleaning supplies necessary to accomplish the job effectively and efficiently. While we usually work in teams of two, and solo after you’ve completed our training program. No prior cleaning experience is required (we train you), but cleaning is hard, physical work and requires: a detail-oriented mindset, consistent reliability, and a positive attitude. If these are traits that you see in yourself, we would love to learn more about you! 

 

That said, this opportunity is NOT for you if:

You lie and love drama;

You don’t have a driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurance and all that adult type stuff;

You don’t play well with others or apps;

You hate cleaning, communicating, working hard, being reliable or having fun
